RawVamp provides digital services (Software as a Service) that are accessible immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you gain immediate access to our premium features, and you waive your right to a 14-day cooling-off period where applicable by law.
2. Delivery Policy (Instant Access)
Since RawVamp is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, no physical goods are shipped. Upon successful payment, your account is automatically and immediately upgraded to the selected plan (VIP or Platinum), granting you instant access to premium features. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after purchase.
3. Before You Subscribe
We strongly encourage you to:
- Try the Free Version: RawVamp offers extensive free features. Please use them to ensure the tool works correctly on your device and meets your needs.
- Review Features: Read the descriptions of VIP and Platinum plans carefully to understand exactly what you are buying.
4. Exceptions
We may consider refund requests under the following specific circumstances:
- Technical Faults: If the Service is non-functional or has a critical error that prevents you from using it, and our support team is unable to fix it within a reasonable time.
- Billing Errors: If you were charged double or charged after a confirmed cancellation.
- Legal Requirements: We will issue refunds where required by the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable local laws.
5. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically generate a refund for the unused portion of the current term.
