1. General Refund Policy
We stand behind our product and your satisfaction with RawVamp is important to us. We offer a 30-day refund window for all subscriptions and purchases processed through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within exactly 30 days of the original transaction date.
2. Delivery Policy (Instant Access)
Since RawVamp is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, no physical goods are shipped. Upon successful payment, your account is automatically and immediately upgraded to the selected premium plan, granting you instant access to features. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after purchase.
3. How to Cancel
You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation stops all future billing automatically. Canceling a subscription does not automatically process a refund for previous charges; refunds must be requested separately within the 30-day window.
